Rodrigo Ferreira

I’m a Brazilian student, and my research at Oxford investigated the public discourse behind Brazil’s ambitions to build a nuclear-powered submarine. I have been interested in politics and international relations ever since studying journalism in São Paulo. I arrived at the LAC after finishing an MSc in international relations at the University of Bristol, where I conducted research on the absence of policy learning in the US’s ‘War on Drugs’.
