I grew up in San Luis, Argentina and then moved to Buenos Aires to study political science at the University of Buenos Aires.
After working for the Organization of American States, the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington DC and the Government of Argentina, I decided to come to Oxford in 2005. I was awarded a Chevening Scholarship to pursue the MSc in Latin American Studies.
After that I moved to Paris to continue my studies at Sciences Po. In 2008 I launched an on-line publication, that I also direct, focusing on Latin American issues called Asuntos del Sur. I am also a Research Associate at the Development Center of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.
