I am half-French, and half-English, but speak Spanish with a Mexican accent, go figure. I studied Hispanic Studies at King’s College, London for my undergrad which allowed me to spend a year studying at the TEC de Monterrey, Querétaro Campus. There I developed my aforementioned Mexican accent, tequila drinking skills, and some knowledge about Mexico. As for nowadays, I am focusing on modern Mexican politics and, more in particular, on the legacy of Lázaro Cárdenas on politics in Mexico today. In my spare time, you can either find me in the Late Bar throwing some shapes or playing for St Antony’s Football team, which in true realist fashion is a team fighting for survival. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
