Jorge Hernandez-Moreno is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Public Goods and Policies (IPP-CSIC) and an associate member of the Research Centre on Multilevel Government and Territorial Policies (GMPT-UNED). He holds a degree in International Relations (UCM) and a Master’s degree in Government, Administration, and Public Policies. His research focuses on the territorial governance of welfare states and social policies, comparative federalism, and the reform of the Spanish territorial model. He has published several chapters and articles with publishers and journals such as Edward Elgar, Oxford University Press, Tecnos, Tirant lo Blanch, Social Policy & Administration, Regional Studies, Regional Science, Administration & Society, Politics & Policy, and the Journal of Contemporary European Studies, among others.
