Master in Theory of State and Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and Specialist in Legal Argumentation from the University of Alicante, Spain. He has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Public Law and Law and State Theory. He was a professor at the Law Institute of PUC-Rio and head of the Chief of Staff of (Instituto de Pesquisa Economica Aplicada (IPEA, Brazil). Currently, he is a tenured Researcher at IPEA, working in the areas “Justice System” and “Law and Public Policy” with specific focus on constitutional designs and comparative accountability institutions.
