I am an associate professor at the University of Salamanca (Spain). I hold a PhD in Political Science and a Master's degree in Latin American Politics from the same university. I am currently the editor of the journal América Latina Hoy and the director of Master's degree in Political Science at USAL. My main research interests focus on the interaction between political attitudes, electoral behavior, methods, and public opinion research. I have published in various journals, including Political Studies, the International Journal of Public Opinion Research, or Revista Mexicana de Opinión Pública. As a visiting scholar in LAC, I aim to develop a research project focused on the nowadays ideological interpretation of the left and right by latin american younger generations and how this contrasts with the interpretation of the adult population.
