Presenter: Ignacio Perez, University of Oxford

Ignacio is a DPhil candidate at the School of Geography and the Environment at Oxford University. He also holds an MSc in Urban Development Planning and a Bachelor in Sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. His research is related to digital geographies, urban studies and science and technology studies. His current doctoral research analyses the relationship between big data and urban governance in Santiago de Chile's public transport. 

 

 

 

Discussant: Pedro Seguel, McGill University

Pedro Seguel is a PhD Student in Information Systems at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University. His main research areas include coordination, digital Innovation, future of work, online communities & identity dynamics, social network analysis. Pedro did completed his two Master degrees at The University of Texas at Austin and at the Pontificia Universidad Católica (PUC) de Chile.
