Speaker: Sandra Botero - Willamette University
Sandra Botero is Assistant Professor of Politics at Willamette University. She received her PhD in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame in 2015. She specializes in comparative judicial politics and courts and politics in young democracies. Her first book project studies the role of high courts in advancing socio-economic rights in Latin America. The book is based on research that received the 2016 Law and Society Association Award for the dissertation that best represents outstanding work in law and society research.
