Speaker: Gabriel Ulyssea, Jesus College, Oxford
Gabriel Ulyssea joined the Economics Department at the University of Oxford as an associate professor in January 2018. Prior to that, he worked for three years as assistant professor of economics at PUC-Rio, after having received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago. His main research interests include economic development and labor economics. His current work focuses on informality, the labor market effects of labor regulation and trade and the role of firms in economic development.
