Visiting Fellowships at the Bodleian Libraries: Call open for 2022-23

Visiting Fellowships at the Bodleian Libraries are intended for researchers external to the University of Oxford who will benefit from a period of uninterrupted research in the collections of the Bodleian Libraries.

The call for applications for Bodleian Visiting Fellowships is now live, with a deadline of 30 November 2021 for Fellowships to be held in the year 1 August 2022 to 31 July 2023.

A number of named fellowships support research in Bodleian Special Collections on specific topics, including photography; early modern history; the history of science, technology and communication; musicology; and Persian art and literature. 

Bodleian Visiting Fellows are based at the Weston Library, in the Visiting Scholars’ Centre, generally for between one and three months.
