The Latin American Centre and the OAS

LAC fellow and Head of the Social Sciences Division, Timothy Power visited the Organisation of American States in Washington DC on 9 March 2022 in the company of Governor Eduardo Leite of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. Governor Leite and OAS Secretary General Luis Almagro held a wide-ranging conversation about hemispheric affairs and the defense of democracy.
