Honorable mention for The Condor Trials

Dr Lessa’s book, The Condor Trials - the winner of the 2023 Juan Méndez Book Award for Human Rights in Latin America - received an honorable mention for the 2023 Bryce Wood Book Award of the Latin American Studies Association (LASA). LASA is the largest professional association in the world for individuals and institutions engaged in the study of Latin America.

Dr Lessa collected the honorable mention at the LASA 2023 Congress in Vancouver on May 24.
