This OSGA Alumni event celebrates twenty years since the Oxford School of Global and Area Studies was established. 

 

Friday 16 May, 

5.15pm: Introduction and Reflections on 20 years of SIAS/OSGA (Paul Chaisty and Roger Goodman)

5.30-6.45pm: Keynote Address by Ambassador Kevin Rudd (former Australian Prime Minister and OSGA Alumnus)

 

Saturday 17 May

9.30-11.00am: Roundtable ‘Social and Economic Challenges and Opportunities’:  Jonathan Lusthaus (Global and Area Studies), Rachel Murphy (China), Janaki Srinivasan (South Asia), Greg Thaler (Latin America), Hugh Whittaker (Japan)
