BSP-Santander Workshop: Brazilian Democracy from Dilma to Temer

The topic of the 2017 workshop of the Brazilian Studies Programme, supported by Santander Universities UK, will be “Brazilian Democracy from Dilma to Temer: Navigating the Crises.” Some 17 scholars from Brazil, Europe and the United States will come to St Antony’s College to debate the aftermath of the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff and her replacement by Michel Temer, with special attention to the implications for politics, economics and social policy. The event will be held in the Pavilion Room, Gateway Building, on 3 February 2017
